An editable QR code for your restaurant menu.
Print the code on a table card, takeaway bag, or window. When the menu moves or changes, update its destination in VividQR instead of reprinting the code.
Make a menu QR codeOne printed code. A menu link you can replace.
VividQR puts its short link inside the QR image. A scan opens that link, which immediately redirects to the menu URL you saved. If you publish a new menu page or PDF at another URL, change the destination in your dashboard. The printed QR pattern stays the same.
Your menu needs to live on a public website or file link that you control. VividQR redirects visitors to it; it does not create or host the menu.
Make a code guests can actually use.
- Paste the public menu URL. Open it on a phone first to check that guests can read it without signing in.
- Choose the artwork. Classic is $1 once; illustrated Premium designs are $4.99 once. Both include a changeable destination.
- Download and test a print. Use the SVG for sharp print artwork or PNG for a simple layout. Test the finished sign with more than one phone before printing a batch.
- Update after printing. When you switch to a seasonal menu, save its new URL. Existing table cards then point to the new page.
Questions restaurant owners ask.
Can I change the menu without changing the QR image?
Yes. You can change the destination URL behind your VividQR short link. The QR image itself and its short link remain the same.
Does the scan show an advertisement?
No. The scan redirects directly to the URL you chose, without an advertising page.
Is there a monthly charge?
No. Each code is a one-time purchase. Redirects rely on VividQR continuing to operate; see the service terms for details.
Can I use a PDF menu?
Yes, if the PDF has a public HTTPS link that opens on a phone. Keep the PDF readable on a small screen and test the link before printing.
