The service
VividQR lets you create a short QR link, pay once to activate it, download its artwork, and later change the destination URL. Scans of an active code redirect to the destination you have set. There is no subscription and no VividQR advertising page between the scan and your link.
Ordering and payment
Each purchase activates one QR code in the design selected before checkout. Classic and Premium have different one-time prices; the total is displayed before you confirm payment in Stripe Checkout. A code is activated after Stripe confirms a successful payment. Keep your sign-in account accessible: it is needed to edit your destination. We may delay or reject a transaction if payment cannot be verified.
Your links and artwork
You are responsible for the destination you choose and for having the rights to use its content. Do not use VividQR for phishing, malware, unlawful content, or misleading redirects. You may use the downloaded QR artwork on your own materials. The selected artwork remains available for download while the service operates; changing your destination does not change the code printed in that artwork. We may suspend a harmful link while investigating abuse and will provide a way to contact us about a mistake.
Availability
Paid codes currently have no fixed expiry date. Their redirects and editing depend on VividQR continuing to operate, the domain remaining available, and routine maintenance. We do not promise perpetual hosting or uninterrupted access. If we decide to discontinue the service, we will make reasonable efforts to notify account holders in advance and explain available options.
Refunds and consumer rights
See our refund policy for how to request a refund or exercise a right of withdrawal. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or rights concerning a digital service that does not conform to the contract.

Send a description of the issue and your purchase or account email to the contact address below. We will review complaints and respond by email. These terms are governed by Polish law, without taking away mandatory protections that apply where a consumer lives.
